Home Styling | How to “Undecorate”
As I was packing away decorations after the holidays it occurred to me how similar the task is to home styling. It’s what I like to call “undecorating”. Undecorating is the process of removing personal and specific decorations, leaving behind a more neutral palette. Having a clean palette is important to attract potential buyers. When the slate is clean, buyers can imagine themselves living in the space.
As new year resolutions are made and we vow to get more organized, this is a wonderful time to start preparing your home to beat the spring selling rush. When you’re packing away holiday decorations go ahead and pack up family photos, decor and personal items. We've finally settled into our new digs and now we're ready to celebrate! We are so excited to kickoff 2018 with all of you.
In early 2016 we took the leap in moving out of our cramped spaces at the KW Roswell office. We were literally working on top of each other! The Team found a temporary spot with plenty of room to grow (or so we thought). By Fall of 2017 we were, again, busting at the seams. We've always had the vision to have our Mega Agent Office in the heart of Roswell. What better place to be in the mix of all the hustle, bustle, and growth than on Canton Street? We're nestled in a sweet little spot surrounded by a few historical Roswell landmarks, old and new businesses alike, and charming residences.
We truly feel at home here and can't wait to open our doors to all of you to show our gratitude. Our Grand Opening event is for all to enjoy - Past, Present, and Future clients, our dependable vendors and partners, neighboring businesses a ...

A homestead exemption helps you save on taxes on your primary residence. An exemption help removes part of the value of your property from taxation and lowers your property tax bills.
You may apply for homestead exemptions if you own, reside and claim the property as you primary residence. There are also some income and age related exemptions for which you may qualify. You will want to file before April 1st of this year in order to take advantage of the tax break this year. Once granted, the homestead exemption is automatically renewed each year as long as your status remains the same.

Co-working Space has become a popular trend, so there must be something to it.A recent article in the Havard Business Review studied why co-working spaces were successful, "unlike a traditional office, coworking spaces consist of members who work for a range of different companies, ventures, and projects. Because there is little direct competition or internal politics, they don’t feel they have to put on a work persona to fit in. Working amidst people doing different kinds of work can also make one’s own work identity stronger.: Read the full article here:
